NVRetail Now Managing 60,000 SF of New Vertical Construction at West Broad Marketplace

NVRetail, Inc. is currently managing the development of a new 55,000 SF retail building and an 8,000 SF outparcel building at West Broad Marketplace (located in Short Pump, VA) on behalf of MetLife (the new owner of West Broad Marketplace). The 55,000 SF retail building will be anchored by newly signed ACMoore, and the 8,000 SF outparcel will be tenanted by Tijuana Flats (with additional tenants to be announced). Delivery of both buildings is anticipated to occur between Q2 and Q3 of 2018.

LFJennings, Inc. is the general contractor of record and Corvus Consulting LLC is the lead site PM.
